Krishna river management Board meeting concluded at Jalasoudha in Hyderabad today. Issues relating to water allocation to two states, board management, guidelines and setting up of telimetries were discussed.
Telangana wanted that water be allocated in tune with earlier allocations. The management is to be on the bases of water utilisation. Telangana made accusations on AP in water utilisations. Board has taken decision to release 6,000 cusecs of water daily through Nagarjunasagar Right canal.
